Fulfills multiple office functions and processes to ensure operations of the Department and its staff, including: primary administrative aid to the Director and related grant needs; OMB-sanctioned procurement and purchase order control; clerical and/or contract staff supervision; supply management; budgets preparation; program reception, referral, and correspondence; multi-program filing and financial records; logs for client attendance; generating academic calendar and classroom schedules, event planning, building security and custodial coordination.Qualifications:
documented training in office administration procedures, with minimum 4 years in accounts-management, plus supervisory experience of 2 years or more.
